Role: UI/UX Designer and Front-End Developer
During my three years at AT&T, I contributed to a wide range of projects focused on enhancing the company’s digital presence and improving the user experience of its website. While some of these projects remain confidential, the showcased work highlights my contributions to the redesign of heavily trafficked web pages, the creation of new responsive components, and the development of visually cohesive digital assets.

Key Responsibilities and Contributions:
Website Enhancements: Led the redesign of various high-traffic pages on the AT&T website, optimizing them for usability, modern aesthetics, and brand consistency. This included creating clean layouts with ample white space, subtle gradients, and a refined use of AT&T’s brand colors to ensure a fresh and modern feel.
Component Design: Designed and developed new responsive components to address specific business needs. For example, I created a comparison module to help customers easily evaluate different service packages (e.g., Internet, wireless, TV), featuring expandable benefits lists to minimize cognitive overload.
Digital Asset Creation: Worked on designing microsites, campaign visuals, logos, iconography, data visualizations, and other marketing assets. Each asset was crafted with attention to detail, ensuring alignment with AT&T’s evolving brand guidelines.
Quality Assurance: Conducted QA reviews to guarantee that all designs remained true to the original vision, met usability standards, and adhered to the brand’s identity.
Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Collaborated with graphic designers, branding experts, marketing strategists, and art directors to ensure a seamless integration of design elements. This teamwork was especially critical given the scope and visibility of AT&T’s digital properties.
Remote Workflow: All projects were completed during the pandemic, requiring a fully remote workflow. I successfully coordinated with team members across time zones, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of all design deliverables.
A Focus on Visual Styling:
Throughout the rebranding process, I contributed to moving AT&T’s digital design in a cleaner, more modern direction. This involved increasing the use of white space, incorporating light grays, and introducing subtle background gradients. Imagery was also color-seeded to enhance cohesiveness and convey a fresh, engaging feel to users.
These projects exemplify my ability to design user-centered solutions that align with business goals while maintaining a cohesive and modern brand identity. My work at AT&T highlights the intersection of creativity, technical skill, and collaboration in delivering impactful digital experiences.
